I saw a few hawks on the way to the park, but they all dissapeared into the woods before I could get a pic. This red tailed hawk was kind enough to wait for me to get out of my car before taking off. A herd of deer greeted me as I entered the park. A monarch butterfly sipping on some flower juice. This canyon wren had quite the ear-piercing shriek.
